Placing an order
When you reach My Gold Advisor the team will assist you in building an allocation of metals, as well as provide suggestions as to types of bullion coins or bars. Once you have determined the specifications of your order, we will send you an email with the details of your purchase including total cost, shipping dates and payment instructions.
Paying for the Order
Full payment must be made by bank wire transfer and received in our Customer Trust Account. After placing the order, you will be sent an email containing the sales confirmation, plus complete payment instructions. Depending on your bank and location, orders paid for by bank wire transfer are usually received by us in 1 to 4 hours. Payments for orders are required within 1 business day.
Shipping
We ship by UPS or FedEx, fully insured. Processing orders takes 1-2 days, and shipping takes 2-3 days. We ship to many overseas locations including our secured storage vaults you may use to maintain an international allocation for privacy and diversity should you choose.
